"The Best Golf Tips Ever". A lot of the tips contradict themselves, since it's really a hodgepodge of tidbits from almost every pro on Tour, but there's a few chapters on the mental game in there as well. Worth a read - it actually became my "toilet book" because I'm sick of trying to do crosswords and sit there like an idiot, not getting a single one.

Any of Dr. Bob Rotella's books or Fearless Golf by Dr. Gio Valiante would be good places to start.

I like the Inner Game of Golf by Galloway and Zen Golf (forgot the authors name). They may be a little more mental than you had in mind.

The Mental Keys by Michael Anthony is the one that I purchased a while back and I recommend it. It focuses on keeping positive, eliminating fear, and other stuff of that sort. At this point I am 8 strokes below my previous average from when I bought it(last October). Sometimes it tends to get a little much into the science behind it but it never really gets to the point where it hurts the reader. It also sets up a good shot routine for you to use that I incorporate now into my golf game. It's a very handy tool, and the CD is nice also, I just wish I would use it more.

I agree, here are three of Dr. Bob Rotella's books... and he was the mental coach for some of the greats including Nick Price, Tom Kite, and LPGA hall of famer Pat Bradley...

Golf Is Not a Game of Perfect
The Golfer's Mind
The Golf of Your Dreams

These books are absolutely amazing and completely necessary if you are trying to take your game to the next level and dont have a personal Mental Coach.
