help with lag please!!!

yes and what causes me to wanna flip when im standing closer to the ball ive realized im standing farther and farther away from the ball by habit

Maybe you're standing too close to the ball...

Do you have a 'My Swing' thread?  This thread is impossible to address your issues, without seeing your swing.  I mean I could sit here and guess all day long what your issues could be, but seeing your swing on video could generate positive responses much quicker.
