Hey folks .... just wanted to drop by and say hello. I am new to this website which I happen to stumble across while doing a google search for what else ...... golf!!! Also still trying to win the lottery so I can stop sneaking out of work to play every so often. What can I say ... its an addiction! I will seek help soon.

I've been playing for the past 8 yrs now and the game still needs plenty of work in all areas. Most of my rounds have been played here in the Northeast but I am slated to move to SC by mid next year .... so I'm really looking forward to playing the many great courses down there.

That's about it for now .... hope to learn from the great conversations going on here as well as throw in my two cents when I can.

Hey there, welcome!

You play the Bergen County courses, I assume? My boss lives in River Vale, and since he "strongly suggested" that he would appreciate my company on his mid-day rounds I now regularly play River Vale GC and Emerson. (I prefer Emerson myself.)

I have to say, ensuring job security is sure taking a big chunk out of my paycheck. Hope you can afford to play those great venues more often than I can!
