I already have a 21' 913h to replace , I would assume 20' if mizzy made 3i in 825p . I plan to get 24' 913h to replace 23'-4i . now I'd like to get one lower than the 21' 913h . they have 17' and 19' . with the surefit hosel I can adjust some, -.75/+.75/+1.5' . I don't have access to lm so based on loft which should I get 17 or 19 ?

I've just been testing the 19* and it's phenomenal. I've currently playing a 15* 3 Wood, 19* 913H (testing) and a 21* iron. Might even switch the 21* iron for a 22* 913H. Then could switch the lofts to 18* and 21* depending on my distance gaps.

Are you a long hitter? If you are getting the 17* off the ground in order to get more distance might not be the easiest.

I don't know how you buy a surefit wrench but you must be able to get them somehow. Worst comes to worst you might be able to build relationship with a golf pro and ask him to change the loft of the 19* for a week and see how you go. Then change it back if required. Alternatively find a golf pro with a simulator and pick the best lofts to fit in your set.

    • God I hate when golf can’t give me n+1 day of success. Drives me up the wall when my body is, FU! Im like, ok let’s check the vid. Yep too much turn, arms getting behind me. Ok, I work on that. Get the feel back for a shorter swing. Confirm with video. Then going back to arms down stuff.  Arms down, nope it’s hands out towards the ball. Oh, you get arms down better. Guess what, you don’t get to rotate and you hit 6 inches behind the ball. Yay!  Maybe I should have walked off the range and not wasted my time. I wish there was a body alert system when it’s going to a SOB for the day. 😭 OK rant over, I’ll be back at this tomorrow.

    • I mean there has to be some thought. For eg., something like 'soft knees and wrists' at set up and maybe a dynamic 'left arm to chin' as a trigger to start DS. I have these one or two anchor thoughts and have served me well. In fact, my wildest swings are the one where I have no thoughts or if I forget to walk thru my anchor thoughts. In contrast my best rounds are where I am consistent with the anchor thoughts.    OTOH, if I am running my entire half hour lesson (hypothetical) with some pro that I had last Saturday or whatever before every swing then I'm probably in trouble before I even get over the ball.
    • Two bits. Bit 1 The NCAA's appeal of Brendan Sorsby being granted a temporary injunction will not be heard until February, so there will be nothing to prevent Sorsby from playing the full season and potential CFP.  Bit 2 The Big Ten Conference will hold a meeting and is expected to ban all of its athletic programs from playing Texas Tech in the regular season. Georgia has done the same. The SEC will meet to consider a similar ban. Fellow Big 12 members TCU and Kansas State are spearheading a similar ban, but the conference charter might not allow it. Meanwhile, Big 12 athletic directors are meeting this week to explore what options the conference might have.
    • No, but I'm also in disagreement that golfers have no thoughts over the golf ball, and/or don't ever think I've met someone I truly believe is thinking nothing but "target" or something on most shots.
