Anyone considering a golf buggy may which to consider this…

I was initially attracted to the Powaglide PG-02 by its simplicity and comparatively competitive price. But after six months of multiple problems and dismal to zero customer support, I have nothing but regrets. Misaligned battery cradles...loose or missing nuts...defective power cables...fender design flaws...and pot metal parts that break during routine use. But most frustrating, unanswered phone calls and emails…absolutely the worst customer service ever.

Item purchased new from the company via eBay. Problems were many but support at the time was okay. That is, until I made the mistake of posting positive feedback. After which, support became spotty at best.

If you're in the market for a new fixer-upper golf buggy and abysmal support, this is your product.
