I've been Playing Golf for: 3 years on off

My current handicap index or average score is: 100+

My typical ball flight is: Slice/topped ball

The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: Slice/top ball

Fist shot I topped the ball.

Second shot was great contact but had a slice on it

Third shot started great but couldn't get over a tree so not sure of path

Fourth shot was almost perfect ball flight

And last is the first shot I took but in slow motion.

These shot are all on different holes, not one hole.

Going to feel very awkward at first but it will help. There is some stuff going on in the back swing that is making it very hard to perform a solid downswing consistently.

On the back swing the hips are sliding back.  The feet being too square at set-up is part of the problem, not allowing your hips to turn.

My recommendation to make it easier to get the weight forward at impact.

so your saying i should open my feet up slightly.

And now that i look at that picture you posted, am I bring the cub to far back in my back swing?

Yes may not look like a lot but it will FEEL like a lot.  Turn them out a decent amount, like I said 25 degrees.  I wouldn't worry about whether the club is going back too far, if it looks long it's just a reaction to what the pivot is doing.  Again the hips slide back, gotta do something to feel like you make a "full" turn.
