Hi all I have been playing golf for a little over five months and I have been loving it.  I have come to the conclusion that I can use a 60 and 52 degree wedge for my short game.  I want to know if the Adams Watson Wedge Pack would be a good route to go.  I currently have Adams clubs and really enjoy them.  What is everyone's opinion? http://www.worldwidegolfshops.com/prod/golf-wedges/Adams-Watson-Wedge-Pack-IX.html

Hi, I have not played that model but have had a number of past Watson Wedge Packs and still use a set of them now. This model looks like it is a little Game Improvement oriented compared to the more traditional wedge packs, so should suit you down to the ground as someone newish to the game.

I have played down to around a 5 handicap with my 3 wedges for $99 sets and have no problems at all with quality either. They just get the job done and I am too tight to pony up $300 for 3 big name wedges.

Go for it and good luck out there!

I don't think that there would be anything wrong with those wedges. I've used an older version of the Watson wedges in the past and thought that they were fine.
