I don't know if any of you have played it but I have it and it's really fun. You don't really play any golf but you design a course and people play in it. It is more like Sim City but with a golf course. I love it, it's really rewarding designing a beautiful course and having people enjoy it. It's an older game that is probably only available via eBay and Torrents now. Be sure and patch it to 1.03. Here is the official website and a screenshot:

wow, that looks awesome. takes me back to the sim city days whence I played more games. Too bad I'm too paranoid about using bittorents now with the feds cracking down and all. they have to come out with the next p2p sharing tech...

I think I still have my old course saved on a CD somewhere that I burned years ago when backing up my computer. I remember my course was gorgeous. I haven't played the game in years so I'm starting over.

Wow, what a great script to search for stuff. Thanks for sharing, Spectrum. +1 rep for you, dear friend.

I have made one hole in one this far. While you are reading this, I am most likely out on the tee trying to sink another one

I've really been enjoying this game. I'm getting a lot of money so I just built my first hole where I spared no expensive. I believe right now my course has eight holes but I'm going to start redesigning some since they were cramped (I purchased more land) or I built them very cheaply since I had little money.
