I just regripped all my irons with crosslines but did my woods and hybrids with Pure Pros. Won't get to really try out the Pures till winters gone but they feel amazing in your hands. I'm thinking next regrip will be all Pures.

Thanks for your input!   You said they feel amazing..    In what way(s) would you say they feel better than the Crosslines?  In what way(s) would you say they are similar?

I would still like more info on durability as well.  How long should a person expect the Pures to last?  I purchased the Crosslines on my irons when I got them 2+years ago and haven't changed them (well over 100 rounds on them).   I have washed them at least weekly since new and more often in extreme heat.   This past fall, I had my new (at the time) driver regripped with a Crossline and found that the grips on my irons felt virtually identical to the new grip on my driver, so I feel like the Crosslines have held up pretty darn well, so I would want to stay with something that holds up pretty good.

Razr Fit Xtreme 9.5* Matrix Black Tie shaft, Diablo Octane 3 wood 15*, Razr X Hybrid 21*, Razr X 4-SW, Forged Dark Chrome 60* lob wedge, Hex Chrome & Hex Black ball

Well keep in mind I haven't played with them yet so I can't speak to how they hold up to sweat, rain and humidity but they just have this completely different feel to them. I kinda expected a GP Tour Velvet like feel (because that's what they look like) but that's not it at all. The only way I can describe it is "rubbery" but in a good, sexy kind of way. This season will be the test, I play gloveless so grips are extra important to me, if these stay nice and tacky in wet or sweat conditions they'll be going on the entire bag next off season. As to durability, again, I cannot speak to that as I haven't used them yet but a lot of the guys on here swear by them and durability is said to be phenomenal. Install one on a wedge or something and see how you like it. Mine are installed with tape and solvent because the guy at Golftown just gave me a :-\ when I asked him about compressor installation. :-D

Yours in earnest, Jason.

I just had Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360's on my clubs. They look like any black grip that comes on new clubs. I pretty sure Taylor Made has the 360's on all of the drivers and woods. This will be my 1st year playing them so I am curious how durable they are. Initial feel is very not a super firm grip and the tack is solid.
