Curious - what size grip do you use - .580, .600, .620 or something else?

I've never really check the size of my grips before I buy them. I'm guessing they were all .580 or .600, either is fine with me. What size do you prefer?

Lol, equipment is the thing that gets the least attention from me, so not so knowledgeable about it. Should I be asking what shaft size instead?

Golf Pride has a FAQ section explaining the relationship between shaft diameter and grip.

http://www.golfpride.com/faqs/

That being said, the other sizes are not always readily available.  You can use tape layers to adjust.  Measure or get the butt diameter of your shaft.  then you can see if you need different amount of tape layers to get the same OD on the outside of the grip.
