That is pretty sad that a company like Taylormade Adidas would release a shoe like that. Adidas which started out as strictly a shoe company 70+ years ago should have some kind of research done on how weight distribution and the spikes effect greens. It almost seems as if they were in a rush to release the shoes. If they want to make right by they're name they should do what Tylenol did years ago when they found out a small amount of bottles were contaminated and they pulled ALL bottles from the shelves. Granted this is slightly different however I think with the amount of money they make every year, they should Take back all bought shoes, with receipt and offer some kind of refund toward a different Adidas shoe.

If it is only one course that bans the shoe, well then that just sucks and I can't see them offering the refund. If it becomes a problem in multiple cities on multiple courses then I think Adidas should step up and do whats right and try to keep their customers both loyal and first timers, happy.

I wanted to comment again on this thread. I know it is about the Adizero shoes but the Footjoy DNAs were brought up because clearly they seem like a similar design and I said something earlier as well so I wanted to clarify. I have played in the DNAs for 3 rounds. The first round, as I said before, the greens were real soft and wet and everybody was leaving marks including someone in tennis shoes. However I was leaving bigger marks but not scuffing the greens. I almost took them back but decided to give another round. The next 2 days I played on one course that had soft green but not that wet and another with much firmer greens and did not leave any marks. So that shoe looks safe.
