Watching Texas and lovin the PGA tour as always here in England.  I see Bowditch uses Cleveland 588MBs, I use the 588CBs and love em, but does anyone know if any of the tour staff use these?

Most guys play them in their long irons but Michael Putnam and Charlie Beljan play the cb's

I believe Keegan Bradley does he also has a 588 mt in there somewhere lol

It's actually a tour only Cleveland iron, older model, called the CG Tour I think but pretty similar to the 588 CB.

Thanks fellas, good to know I'm not the only guy with them, dont know how popular the 588CBs are in USA but I haven't seen another set of these in England.  The launcher drivers were quite popular over here but Cleveland struggles against the big guns.  Shame as I think Cleveland make some of the best gear, just got the Rotex wedges and they feel fantastic.

The problem is that Cleveland does not market like the big guns do. But once you get there eguipment in peoples hands they tend to love it. I was a Callaway guy and never thought I would like anything Cleveland until I tried the classic driver then it was the putter now it's the 588 mt irons. Yeah they are a little clunky but they do what I want and that's all that matters to me.

I liked the tt but ball flight was a little low for my eye. I'm not a real highball hitter so the mt def helped with that.
