I've been Playing Golf for one year after not playing for 43.

My current average score is around 113.

My typical ball flight is fairly high & straight when I get a good strike.

The shot I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is a big hook with my long irons and woods.  I would also like to consistently have good ball strikes.  I still top and blade the ball a lot.

This video's getting a lot of play, but consider the top of your backswing position, and check this out:

Check out other Key #1 videos here: http://purestrike5sk.com/videos.php (it's not just about not moving your head, but about doing a good torso turn while you keep it relatively steady).

This is an image of my swing using the Zepp swing analyzer.  All my swings ate like this.  Black line is backswing, and blue is downswing.  It appears to me it is out, in, then a little jog back out and in, then back out.  I am pretty sure this could be one of my big problems.

I've been Playing Golf for: 3
My current handicap index or average score is: 35
My typical ball flight is: medium
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: miss hits & slice

Can you post a video. I cannot be sure what the black line actually is. Is it your hand path or clubhead path?

The lines are the club head.  In the app the swing is animated and the swing info is not at the bottom.  But this is how it comes out when I hit share.  The app also shows hand track and club plane.  Also different views. I'm going to check if the animation can be shared.  Thanks

Looks like you bring the clubhead in too far to start the backswing and then throw it out and come over the top, but without seeing your real swing I would be guessing.
