Fans to pick hole location on No. 16 at Valhalla

Fans will once again play a part in determining this year’s PGA champion with the “Pick the Hole Location Challenge.” After debuting last year at Oak Hill, fans will now have four options to choose from on the 508-yard, par-4 16 th hole at Valhalla.

The green is below shown with a flag position near the left bunker.

Voted for d.. A is beating d right now 47% to 34% the other holes are on the teens!

I voted for A. Even in playing the hole virtually I couldn't get a shot within about 30 feet or so (they trickled to the back edge of the green). My first shot at D was within five feet.

Me too.  I got within 25' of A once, and 5' of D as well.  No luck with either of B or C.

Side note:  How is it possible that a guy who can only hit his 6 iron 150 yards can even have a 150 yard approach shot on a >500 yard par 4?
