It difficult for everyone  There are a lot of intricate pieces, you need a lot of speed and the ability to externally rotate your trail arm a good amount on the downswing.

Yep the upper center will also transfer forward a little. With lot of players that try to go CP, low bullets are the typical result.

when the upper center goes forward, doesnt this also make the player much more likely to flip/cast at the ball?

My experience is that I really have to be conscious of maintaining your pressure points or the wrists will dump early.

You have to go a little forward with the upper center because of how much you're "turning the corner". So you have to get everything forward to get the sweetspot on the ball otherwise the club will wipe across it. The right arm has to stay in pitch and straighten very fast.

We have some very interesting content here.

The sharing is long overdue.

A lot of the information is already out there. It was also before Mac wanted the rear knee to lose some flex.

What is this supposed to be? I assume Part 1 is simply P1 to P10?

It's a "book" with a lot of measurements. How much the arms, wrists, torso, head, neck, hips change from P1-P10.
