I have a small dilemma, As a lot of you know, I play Tour Edge clubs, I'm looking at the XRail line of woods, I have updated my set for the most part, just need a new FW and Hybrid(s), I'm going to get the XRail 3h and 4h... just the FW is tricky... I played a 4W the last two years, but plan on playing different courses... Would I be okay, with a 4w which I've played for two years, Or go for the 10 extra yards and get the 3w (which is easier to get at a discount price)

Unless there's a problem with your existing 4-Wood, I'd get the 3-Wood. You can always swap one out for the other before a round based on which course you're going to play (or whatever other considerations you'd prefer to use).

I like this plan, buying another 4 wood is just going to fill up the garage. With a 3 wood, you'll always have that extra option available to you. Though honestly I don't see the need for a new wood if yours is only 2 years old and performs well. I am a recent 4 wood convert and find it a lot more versatile. That extra bit of loft really makes a difference when you don't have a perfect fairway lie.

I love the XCG3 4-wood, but I'm upgrading my "GAMER" set... So I'm trying to get an XRail 4w, so both fairways have the same specs, (matching fairways are always good), I would switch the 4w out for the 3w on tighter driving courses and those with longer par-fives, I'm guessing with a little work on my speed this year I should be able to squeeze 10-15 yards with the Driver, so the 3W would probably be my 250 club 4w 235-240... The extra four wood would fill up my closet by the way

I suspect that in some months, the FW swing will be a little shaky. In that case, put the 4W back in the bag until you can cure the problem.

I ordered the 3w, 3h, and 4h for like $230 for all three... So WUTiger where do I find a new XRail 4W for less than $100, besides eBay... I either have to go all the way to Endicott or Binghamton to hit one...
