I've hit the ZL Encore, wasn't a big fan of it.  The head is oddly shaped and I didn't care for the sound of it either.  In terms of how it played, it wasn't overly forgiving, long or straight for me.  I got a good deal on it in the used bin at Golfsmith and sold it a week later on eBay for $10 less than I paid.

I have the Cobra Encore ZL.   I bought it at Carl's here in Michigan and it was 30 yard farther than my previous driver.  I'm still working on my swing so I may not be a good testament but I like mine.
