Callaway Bertha Mini 1.5

My new club arrives in a couple of days, I'm still using the demo club.  What I find really amazing is that even with the 12 degree loft, I hit this with a lower ball flight than my 9.5 degree Titleist 913 driver. And i actually get more roll from the trajectory, hit it with a nice draw.

I have the same experience with the Nike Covert 3 wood that I adjusted to 13°. I can't speak for you, but for me, it's likely due to not hitting up on the ball with the 3 wood like I do my driver.

Played this weekend with my 1.5.. Freaking awesome.. 11/13 fairways hit, average drive is 235. Which for me is very nice. Had 2 drives close to 250... They will have to pry this club out of my cold dead hands.. :)

I wish Tour Edge would make a "mini-driver" but their E8 and XCG7 super strong 3-wood is stupid long... I tried an E8 12° 3-wood out and it was longer than the Bertha Mini 1.5 outside on an outdoor range... That being said Tour Edge does not have a mini-driver that would be a Direct comparison... Wouldn't be cheaper to find like an older model Driver with a smaller head and 43.5" shaft and call it a mini-driver?
