Drives me nuts how Michigan is always ranked so high, yet we rarely get a PGA or WEB.com event here.

Hybrid -  Edge 21*
Irons - X20's 4I - 9I

Ball - Warbird

What amazes me is how it's ranked at all. I lived in MI for 4 years and froze my ass off for half the year every year. Worst weather I've ever lived in.

That's maybe where I get my perspective from.  I grew up in Minnesota, then moved to Montana, so after 36 years that close to Canada, Colorado is positively tropical to me, and Florida is is a humid hell.

Lol! Wow! Yeah I can see that. I was born in Southern Louisiana.....so yeah ....the states you mentioned are just the North Pole to me.

We do miss out on a lot of the golf experience here in Vermont. No crowds to speak of. No calling ahead for tee times. No waiting at backups from hole to hole. It sucks.

Yeah, I really hate those 4 hour rounds

Has nothing to do with the golf courses here.  Your profile says you live in Colorado.  I know it's a little warmer there, but is it that much better?

Colorado is low humidity so the cold doesn't have the bite like it did in Michigan. Now to be fair I lived in Detroit so any place seemed wonderful after that. And it has everything to do with the topic. States were ranked on "Golfiness". Having awful weather from October to May hardly fits me for a good golfing venue. But like I said to each their own. Some people love getting their heaters out, wearing thick golf gloves and feeling their faces crack in the freezing wind. That will never happen in Florida.
