Day 20, 1/20. I know I'm sounding like a broken mp3 at this point, but I'm continuing to hit balls after work, even if I only have the energy to hit a dozen good ones (as I did today).

That is good as well. Counter to what people think, weight lifting increases mobility if you perform a full range of motion, getting that deep stretch under load.

Day 160 1-20 Backswing focus tonight making sure wrist is slighly cupped. Worked on wrist arch in downswing. Pausing at top, but shorter duration

Day 2 (20 Jan 26) - Similar work as yesterday - started with lead hand solo drills with the 50°, followed by series of pitches and chips utilizing full setup.

Hey, thanks for the feedback. I do lift weights but I’m also adding yoga or Pilates for mobility and flexibility to my routine.
