I was just wondering if anyone has hit these, and what they think of them.
I also thought I heard something about a review on these coming, but was looking for confirmation.

I'm kind of a gear junkie, and enjoy going to the local PGA Superstore just to smack the irons and blow off steam at lunch.

I hit the Burner irons, and I wasn't horribly impressed. I'll admit, of course, it's hard to judge an iron's total perfomance off of a 6 iron hit a few times off of astroturf.

While at Golfsmith today I started hitting some of the random irons they had laying around. I really liked the feel of the Burner 6 iron. It was the older Burner Iron I think chrome with red. Either way I really liked the feel. I play x-20's and almost bought the Burners. Maybe when I am ready to get new irons I will have to revisit.

I own the new Burner 2.0s. Great set of clubs I have them in steel shaft stiff flex and they are great. For a "game improvement" set one can still shape your shots, while at the same time the set is very forgiven. They are long. I am sure that is a combination of the jacked up lofts and TM use of longer lighter shafts. Overall I'd say it is a great set.
