The second tournament of the so called Desert Swing started today (unlike any other European Tour tournament, this one is played from Wednesday trough Saturday.

For now, Oosthuizen and Larranzabal are the clubhouse leaders at -7, followed by Colsaerts at -6 who also finished his round.

I like that guy. As long as he keeps in mind that in the end it's about golf (and performing) and not about the things around it. So far so good.

At the start of round 3, good old Paul Lawrie is at -11 and one shot ahead of (former?) star Colsaerts from Belgium. Colsaerts dropped to place 239 on the OWGR and hopes to get his form back. After Colsaerts a bunch of players at -9 and -8 including Garcia, Coetzee and Luiten. Moving day!

Difficult circumstances today, a lot of wind. As a result a lot of players over par (Garcia en Luiten at +4 and +3, Colsaerts at +5). Lawry still standing strong, -1 for now and leading by 2 shots. If he wins he will be the first to win this tournament 3 times.
