Great Scramble Event

I talked to some people that played in this last year. They said it was an absolute blast. It's a four person scramble out in Vegas in August - https://worldgolfskills.com/world-golf-scramble/

It's a part of the "World Golf Fest" which has tons of stuff going on the whole time. Last year they had local qualifying, but this year it looks like you can buy-in directly. Discounted prices until April 1.

It's a dry heat, but then again so is a pizza oven. I'm working on signing up. Just wanted to share.

I've played in Palm Springs the first week of September - 105° in the shade when we teed off.  Drink lots of water... or something.

The Newport Cup was in Phoenix last September, I think the highs were 107 or so, and we got to play a couple of 36-hole days.  Be smart, hydrate, and its survivable.
