I've been Playing Golf for: 1 year
My current handicap index or average score is: average score is 87
My typical ball flight is: right to left
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: slice/push with longer clubs especially driver and 3 wood

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Welcome! I'd recommend filming some better camera angles, makes it much easier to analyze what's going on.

Sorry for the short response… busy night. Anyway…

  • Watch the setup. Very wide, square feet, and no secondary axis tilt (with a driver?) by having the hips forward and the head back a little.
  • Look up some threads here about turning. Your stance doesn't help, but you don't turn as much as you can. Shoulder turn is < 90° it appears (though I didn't download and look at it frame by frame).

I'm not sure if I understand the part about the hips forward and the head back a little? Are you saying that I am doing that in my set up or that I should in order to help my swing?

Thank you again, this has been extremely helpful!

You have no axis tilt. You're very straight up and down. Good drivers often have their hips forward a little and that creates a little tilt away from the target.

Not a lot, but a little goes a long way.

I also feel as though my trail hip is firing too early in my downswing. Do you see that as a problem or should working on the axis tilt be more beneficial? Also when looking at my swing in the frame by frame I feel like my arms are chicken winged to some degree.

I'd work on what I suggested. Setup and turning rates on the backswing.
