I was wondering what my handicap would approximately be if I usually shoot 80 to 83.  I know handicap takes into consideration the SSS and the slope of the course etc. The SSS of the course I play on is 69 and the slope is 113 I believe. Im just looking for a rough estimate if possible

I would guess about 12.

Again, I'm going back to the CONGU handicap manual I referenced in another thread.  Take your lowest "differential"  (score less SSS) and multiply that by about 0.9.  In Ireland you don't use the slope rating like we do under the USGA system.  if you take 80-69 = 11, multiply by 0.9, you'll be around 10 handicap.

Its important to remember that the OP is in Ireland, and they use a system that differs significantly from the USGA system.  For more information you can search for CONGU handicap.
