does anybody here use their PDA (with GPS) and third party software as a rangefinder? i've been thinking of trying it,it seems possible(i see some software available) and considerably cheaper. so if you do or know about the setup, could you pass on any info?-thanks-Mike

Sorry..did not see your thread earlier. I sometimes use my garmin etrex legend. Have created 18 waypoints to the middle of every green on the course I play. worked out just fine. got to work on my ballstriking some more before I can put the idea to better use.
