first time on launch monitor

i bought my pings on ebay and am going to use a launch monitor on saturday to see if any changes need to be made. i have never been on a launch monitor before. what kinda of numbers am i looking for to be good or anything like that. any info would help thanks.

Unless you're using Trackman which monitors ball flight, skip the fitting for the irons on the launch monitor. It won't tell you anything useful. The best litmus test for iron fitting is on the course. Take them out and let your shots fit you. If you have distance gaps which aren't to your liking, bend them strong and weak. Hit them off the lie board and bend them upright or flat depending on what you need. Pick iron shafts based on results and feel not numbers. In the end the launch monitor numbers don't mean a thing if you're not comfortable with them on the course, no launch monitor can predict that. Vector systems are notoriously inaccurate for irons since their spin numbers can be off the charts and launch angle numbers are much more inaccurate since a camera is used to estimate ball flight. I'd either save your money or go for a driver fitting which is much more useful and accurate on vector systems.
