Not as many as I thought there would be, didn't notice the preset move before, but haven't really been watching closely.

I noticed he was shifting back before starting his swing.

Michael Breed was demonstrating Henrik's swing.  That hip does shift back, but it returns back into position at the end of the rotation without his body moving back.  Interesting but something I wouldn't attempt without the supervision of a doctor.

Pretty much the same swing he's had for years. The shift to the rear leg isn't quite as large as it seems (still an inch or two), because he has a very pronounced forward press where I think his hips actually go a bit forward. More pronounced with longer clubs.
