2 aces in a row on par 3 course

This happened back on July 29 but just made the papers yesterday. McCall Lake is only a 10-minute drive from my house. I think the closest I ever got was one that rolled 3 feet to one side of the hole but ended up about 20 ft away.:

Nice. I got one on a 90yd hole. I topped it and it was a grounder all the way to the cup. I think the whole course heard me holler :)

That was during the brief period when I played back in y 20's and it was truly pure luck, but I'll take it.

The closest I ever got to back to back holes in one was both shots hit a few feet in front of the pin and both ended up just behind the pin for tap in birdies. To this day i don't know how at least one of them did not go in. At that point I had never had a hole in one, it took me many years to get my first almost 50 years and then I made two more in the next six years.
