I have been offered a "free" scoring program from a friend who has purchased a scoring program for his HS.  I just can't do that.  I don't know if any of you coach a team but I need something that I can track a season for 8 to 10 golfers.  We don't hold a tournament so I don't need the ability to keep track of that many players.  If needs to be somewhat simple as I am simple minded.

If there are free programs out there that you know of, I'd like to check them out.  Naturally, if you know of some programs that are inexpensive for what I need, I'd consider that as well.  I just can't spend that much money out of my pocket for some of the online download programs that are too complex for what I need.

Any suggestions are welcomed.  Thanks in advance.

Coach (me) to player, "Hey, what percentage of putts left short never go in?"  Player, "Coach, 100% of putts left short never go in."  Coach (me), "Exactly."  Player, "Coach what percentage of putts that go long never go in."  LOL!

I had been using an Excel Spreadsheet.  However, our school has switched over to Google.  So, even though it is simple enough to convert those excel documents from excel to Google, the switch over has caused some major problems.  My pages don't match up in length etc.  I went to change the margins both top and bottom and side and it is simply a mess.  When I posted this thread last night, I was at my wits end trying to get stuff to line up and fit the printout as it did in excel.  I know that there has to be a way to do all of it.  I simply am not, at this time, adept at the google stuff.  Therefore, if some had an actual program, they are allowing up to upload approved programs.  BTW, our tech department removed all hard drives from every computer in school so that we won't have access to Microsoft programs.  Google is our only option unless we buy a program, get it approved and then have the tech people install.  This is a radical change for our school system but is said to save us a lot of money.

Why print them at all? All these kids have smart phones (most likely). So, just share the doc. I'd probably just re-design it from the ground up in docs. There may be some weird leftover artifacts during conversion.

Anthony, I don't have a smart phone.  I am not the type of person who wants one.  I text my wife and child and teams.  The school system made a rule that all coaches have to have a phone.  I have the phone my daughter used in 7th grade.  She is 23 now.
