'only secure content displayed'

Do this: Tools>>>Internet options>>>Security tab, Custom level>>>Scroll to: Display mixed content>>>Enable>>>OK

Restart IE.

This message is telling you that there may be both secure and non-secure content on the page. Secure and non-secure content, or mixed content, means that a webpage is trying to display elements using both secure (HTTPS/SSL) and non-secure (HTTP) web server connections. This often happens with online stores or financial sites that display images, banners, or scripts that are coming from a server that is not secured. The risk of displaying mixed content is that a non-secure webpage or script might be able to access information from the secure content.

Ideally everything is https. I'd like to know what's coming through as http.

Yeah I don't get anything over http://. It's all https (secure) here. I'm curious what resources you're getting that are "mixed" (http).

Another thought, does the message appear on other web sites?
If it does happen, then possibly the computer could have a virus or malware which is trying to redirect the browser.

Run a scan, malware bytes is a good program for detecting and removing any nasty's that occur.

That did the trick, it was ticked for 'prompt'. It was only this site that it happened.

That doesn't help me much, though. I still don't know what content you were served over http.

As @iacas mentioned, TST is a secured site. The site prefix is "HTTPS" which indicates a secured site.
Also, in newer browsers you will notice a symbol "a pad lock" on the address bar which means a website is secure.

A site which is older, will have the URL - "HTTP" which was used since the internet was born.

I'm sure the TST site does not have any unsecured content, it most likely is the ad banners which load that pop up the message.
It would help Erik if you reply to his questions.

He may not know how to use the tools. Nor should he expect to know… he's not a web developer or a computer geek. :-)

Sometimes the warning will tell you what content was being loaded over http, but I don't think IE does, so that's fine.

It's likely an ad or something, but even those should should load over https.

Yeah, I wish I could help you out there but as you said, not my strong suit. I know IE is becoming a dinosaur and I use Firefox and Chrome a lot, but still fall back on browsers I'm used to.
