Reading Pelz Putting Tape

Hello - 

Can anyone take a look at the placement of this putting tape on my putter?  

1) Is the tape too low on the face of my putter?
2) If not, am I hitting the ball too high on the face of the putter?  above the 'perfect' spot on the tape
3) how can i fix where I hit the ball if I am hitting it "too high" on the face?

It looks fine to me. Unless you have problems scuffing the green I wouldn't worry about it much.

Just have problem making putts!

Which of the three keys do you do worst?

Read, bead, or speed?

I'm not familiar with "bead" 

just have problems hitting consistency across the face (feel like sometimes i hit off toe, sometimes off heel).    That impact tape results seem reasonable though?

Thanks!  I am definitely a BEAD problem putter.  No idea if i read the right line, bc I have such issues with the BEAD first!
