I've used and still have the MP-32, but I really like the MP-52.

The MP-33 looks a lot less forgiving than the MP-32 and MP-52. If you can get a set of MP-33 pretty cheap, it's probably worth it. MP are really nice clubs. I know one or two people who still like and use them, but they're much better players than me.

The MP-33 is a great blade.  Slightly longer and very slightly larger than most of their other stuff, so they are actually one of the more forgiving muscle backs Mizuno ever released.  They have a little higher trajectory also.  The MP-67 replaced them, so that would probably be the most similar alternative.

@proto I played the MP 33 for about two seasons.  I really liked the club, and I became a much better ball striker as a result.  However, they are not very forgiving and not being the best golfer I moved on to a something more forgiving (MP 52, and now the MP 25).

I haven't played a iron similar to it, so I can't help there.  But it does look like @1badbadger had something for you on that end.

right now i'm playing the nike be pro blade the tw edition and love those irons. i'm guessing the mp33 will be softer then the current irons playing now.

Sorry to be late to the party but none of the above answer your question.  The closet thing to the 33's are the 4's.  The 4's are smaller with stronger lofts but are weighted to hit the ball high.  I've owned both and prefer the 33's which I game today.  If you can be patient, a nice set of 33's always pop up on eBay.  It's worth the effort.  Good luck.
