TopGolf - when you mix golf and alcohol

I've been to the one in Jacksonville.   It was fun.   They had a good selection of beer and the food was pretty reasonable.   My impression is that the people who go there are complete non-golfers, most of whom appear to have never swung a club before.   So in that way, it may actually contribute to growing the game, if some of them decide they like hitting a golf ball. 

And the girl in the yoga pants in the next bay was worth the price of admission.  Wow. 

As for the business model, it looks like a huge initial investment to build one of those things.
