In looking at page 55 in Mark Broadie's book "Every Shot Counts" he has the probability of making a 30 foot putt  ...  Here is the data

For a Tour Pro the probability is 7%... so if given 30 putts, the pro should make 2.1 putts from that distance

For a Scratch Golfer the probability is 6% .. so if given 30 putts, this golfer should make 1.8 putts from that distance

For the 90 - Golfer the probability is 2% ... so if given 30 putts, this golfer would make .6 putts from this distance.

HOWEVER, this assumes the golfer is hitting each putt from different locations on the green.  SO if you are hitting 30 putts from the exact same location your probabilities are going to be a lot higher!  How much higher???

I did not vote because I have never tried to hit  20 putts in a row from 30' I would say either zero or one. If you have never tried to make a bunch of 30' putts how can you answer the question honestly?
