Hello, can anyone give me some help.  I might be going to Juneau, AK for a year to work for the Coast Guard, are there any good golf courses in Juneau?  I have looked online and have yet to find any with a website.  Who can help me, thanks.

Here is what I found out.

 

Juneau has only one small, privately owned (but open to the public) par 3 9-hole golf course called the Mendenhall Golf Course. It is a rustic course with exquisite scenery. It is closed sometimes due to the weather, so you can give them a call at (907) 789-1221 for a tee time and to see if they are open. They have rental clubs if you aren't bringing clubs.

 

If you do come to Juneau, I hope you can enjoy a round of golf ... even if it's for no other reason than to say you did!
