I almost hesitate to ask, but has anyone had recent experience with The Golf Warehouse?  I have read a lot of negative reviews, but I think I may have used them on ebay in the past. They are an online retailer for Tour Edge and therefore one can order custom specs and have them shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Years ago I'm sure I've bought some grips or some smaller items from TGW.

But I don't have any recent experiences.

Anyone who is interested in Tour Edge stuff can PM me, and I will share the name of on line that sells their products. This company also sells other brands. I have spent 1,000s of dollars with them with no complaints.

I recently purchased "Rain Wedge Premier Golf Bag Rain Cover" from them.  Easy and fast.

Thanks for the feedback.  I do not know why TGW has so many negative reviews (several pages in a row). I usually ignore them and attribute them to disgruntled customers, but there were so many...

The reason I chose them...I have a Rain Wedge cover but the metal wire wore thru the material.   The design could use some tweaking.   I was ready to order from the manufacturer's website but they were out of stock until November.    TGW was one of the only places that listed it in their inventory.  

I actually did an online chat session to verify that the product was in stock.   They were cordial.   I immediately placed the order.

Yah, me too. The CS Rep (Melisa) was very helpful and told me exactly what I had to do to order a custom, partial set, shipped directly from the manufacturer. It was not until I checked reviews that I had some concern.  Also offering free shipping, no sales tax, and price per club is around $20 less than a couple of other places online. I am only waiting now to try out the no risk trial from TE on a six iron as I mentioned in another thread.

for what it is worth I have bought from TGW a few times with no issues
