Any tips?

 

im 40 and have terrible posture. All bunches over. When I focus a lot on pulling he shoulders back it feels like I have too much weight on my heels and am falling back.

I do not know how good this is, but here is a snapshot of one of my practice videos showing my set u p posture. I probably could use a little more knee bend and pay more attention to toe alignment, but at least I kept a steady head. Kinda hard for a 75 yr old, to have "athletic posture".

If I had the time, I might have edited this in Microsoft Paint and added in some lines.
