There's not really a blanket thing you can throw. A Pro V1x, a firmer ball, will have more ball speed but you may not launch it high enough or with enough spin. Or maybe you do.

Every ball manufacture has targeted designing golf balls for players with lower swing speeds and preferred feel with performance for these conditions.
It's the majority of their sales I'm told. Of the major brands, below are a few.

Bridgestone has the E series and also the B-330 rx
Callaway - Super Soft
Wilson - Duo
Titleist - DT Soft

Other brands which are very good
Snell - GetSum
OnCore - Avant
Srixon - QStars

The "long off the tee and feel around the greens" is what everyone wants, but like @iacas mentioned, what ball does this the best is going to be different from player-to-player.

Typically the urethane covered "tour" type balls are not going to be the longest off the tee for most players because they spin more.  The majority of players spin the ball more than what is considered "ideal", so a high spinning model will likely reduce your distance off the tee.  A firmer ball will be longer than a lower compression ball when hit on the sweet-spot.  However, us amateurs don't hit the ball on the button as often as we'd like.  On off-center hits, the lower compression balls don't lose as much ball speed as a higher compression ball will.

The phrase "feel around the green" can mean different things to different people.  Some are referring to how the ball actually feels at impact.  But more often guys are talking about "spin".  When they say they want good feel around the greens, or a soft feel, they mean they want a ball that will have some bite on short game shots.  "Soft" does not = high spin anymore.  There are many very soft models on the market that won't produce a lot of greenside spin.  Basically, the models with a urethane cover will produce higher spin than balls with a Surlyn or ionomer cover.  But remember...the high spin urethane covered balls aren't going to provide maximum distance off the tee.

In my experience, the most important part of a player's launch conditions is spin rate.  Sure, we all want high ball speed and the ideal launch angle, etc.  But if your spin rate is a mess, you'll never have an efficient trajectory.  Going through a professional ball fitting will eliminate the guess-work.

You've got to get on Trackman or a montor as a more precise way to discover what helps off driver and wedges.

You want distance and control, I assume control means greenside spin in a ball - urethane.

My SS is 91-94 presently, and one ball I will be using is the 2018 Chrome Soft - the addition of graphene has allowed Callaway to increase the core size and they are claiming more ballspeed over the current CS.

I'll also use the Snell MTB Red for more spin off the irons and distance off the tee. Fun stuff.

I am right in your SS range and I have tried many different balls, but have settled on the Callaway SuperSoft.  Not going to go through all I have tried, but overall, this is the best performing ball for me.  Been playing it for the past 3 years and it fits in my desired price range and it just plays well for me.  Good distance off the tee, nice feel off the irons and decent control and spine on and around greens, and I just like the way it feels off the putter...
