Day 270 - More putting. The primary focus was alignment, specifically lining my feet up to the putter.

Day 161 (10 Oct 24) -  Easy day with the 8i hitting into the net - focused on the setup and keeping tempo smooth.

Hit about 15 9I. Thumb is starting to be less of a pain, literally.

Day 85: did a stack session.

Day 271 - Mostly did some (wider) backswing work, with some putting at the end.

Day 1: 10/10/24

putted for about 45 minutes through 60 mm gates. Wider gates allowed me more success and repetitions. Life is starting to return to normal after Helene.

Day 162 (11 Oct 24) -  Weekly men’s golf session today (for most it was a practice round for the club championship this weekend).  Solid front nine, scrubby back nine as I struggled with ball control into the greens (they’ve got them hard and rolling fast).  Good day for working from tougher lies and on getting up and down, the greens just were as cooperative.

Day 86: played 18. Hit the ball pretty well, didn’t score great. Fun day.

Putting through 50 mm gates, and swing drills with a ProSendr.

Mirror work and rehearsals while starting to set up this winter's Junior Elite program.

Day 272 - Backswing work, mostly focused on getting good width and a full turn.

Day 163 (12 Oct 24) - Opted to sneak in a quick nine on my way home at a course near where the band I’m in rehearses (it’s a Sat morning rehearsal so the afternoon is open).  Decided to focus on the mid-irons on all shots except tee and greenside wedge play.  Was a good challenge as I knew that I would be giving up, for the most part, GIR.  It was a great exercise on staying in the pre-shot routine, having a specific target point and trusting the club chosen.   Green side wedge play was consistent as I had 5 pitches of 20 - 40yds where I was than 10’ for par.  Managed a solid 41 (4 pars, 5 bogies and no sixes).

Day 3: 10/12/24

Putting through 60 mm gates from 17”. Perfect session for 51 putts!

Hit a few 9I about 120 to 125 yards, and a few more 6I out to about 160 yards. Next to last swing was a little awkward.

Day 87: played a 9 hole par 3.

Day 273 - More backswing work. Finished with a bit of putting.

Not a lot of time, but enough to get some six-iron swings in with the GCQM.

Day 164 (13 Oct 24) -  Worked on low flighted pitches (up to 25yds) with 9i in the backyard.  Focused on setup and different stance positions - open, closed, neutral.
