Day 186 (04 Nov 24) - 

More tempo work today (6i into the net)….did notice that the more I “thought” about it, the less solid the strike.  Side bar - thinking it might be time for a new target flag (the hole 1st appeared Thurs and has now grown to look rather “scowled in appearance”):  

Finished up with sone bump and runs with the 6i in the backyard…

Day 35 - 2024-11-04

Hit balls with many breaks over the course of two hours. Wrist is feeling a little better, but ulnar deviation still twinges. I did the first two levels of Operation 36 and passed, duh. 25 and 50 yards. Would have been easier if putting was real. 😄

Day 296 - Easy swings focused on ground location. Foams balls into a net.

Day 110: some mirror work today. Working on the same stuff. It also snowed, so probably indoor only stuff for a whole… sigh…
