Got some good work in between lessons. Long day. 7:30 to 6:30. Whew!

Day 6: 3/28/25

Stack Session Full Speed Spectrum Session 1/24. Eager to see if I can regain some speed after tennis elbow began almost 10 months ago.

Day 23 - A good session working on full swings with my 6i. Strike is consistently off the toe, likely because of my new setup.

Practiced prior to round today. Good warmup session all the way around.

Day 180 - 2025-03-29

Not a long time today, but I got my five minutes in jumping and doing some work on the downswing.

Day 252: worked on chipping for a while with my chipping net. Worked on low, medium, and high shots. Productive session.

Day 8: 3/30/25

After some poor putting yesterday I worked on some distance control drills today along with putting through 50 mm gates.

Got a little work in while the kids were playing their final round(s). Then drove for awhile. I-95 sucks.

Day 253: just some mirror work today. Worked on the backswing weight shift stuff.

Day 1 - Did some chipping/pitching games.

Day 2 - Played a few holes on the sim, but I feel like some of the numbers were off. Going to re-calibrate and mess around some more.

Mirror work in the hotel room. Big mirror!

Slow motion swings and some mirror work with my putting, which has been a little off in fast greens.

Stack Session 2/24 of Full Speed Spectrum.

Day 255: mirror work while watching some TV. Working on the weight shift forward earlier in the swing.
