Day 15: 4/6/25

Putting through 50 mm gates. My first perfect session from 11”. A little more upright and have been working with my older C206.6 Clay Long putter.

Day 188 - 2025-04-06

Played 18 at Mammoth Dunes on the sim today, then played the Hay.

Day 4 (6 Apr 25) - Got in some late afternoon wedge play with the grandson.  Used the 50° this afternoon - lower flighted shots around the backyard.  Focused on setup - primary ball position and not decelerating thru the downswing.  Side note - truly love working with him and watching his swing get even better.

Day 260: range session. Worked on my wrist stuff, while still keeping the weight shift stuff. Hit a lot of pull hooks.

Day 8 - Full swings with my 3H. One of my more consistent clubs, but the sim numbers weren’t good.

Day 261: did a stack session.

Day 189 - 2025-04-07

Busy day of editing a podcast but I snuck downtown to hit some balls on the 4th hole at Augusta National. Throwing is tough. Gotta make myself do it though. The reward is there.

Day 16: 4/7/25

indoor chipping and putting through 50 mm gates.

7 Apr 25 - Worked with 8i doing short bump and runs, focused low flight and getting the roll happening.  Finished with the SW and repeating the same stance and rotation thru the ball (still fight the “want to help” mode) to maintain a consistent green side swing - no matter the club.

Day 9 - Better session with the 3H. Moved on to my 3W, finishing with some PW shots going for specifics distances.

Day 262: range session at lunch. Worked on feels with full swings and trying to aim properly.

Day 17: 4/8/25

Stack Full Speed spectrum training session 4/24.

Day 6 (8 Apr 25) - short session with hard foam balls and 6i - focused on tempo and getting good weight shift onto lead foot.

Had 15 minutes before lessons. Wish I had more time.

Day 10 - Iron swings, back to focusing on speed. Really happy with the numbers I was seeing. 
 

Finished with some wedge shots, trying to get as close to 50 yards as possible.

Day 191 - 2025-04-09

Got some swings in at the end of the day. Recorded them in CoachNow. I don't love the left knee stuff, but it's just a result of focusing on the backswing and downswing stuff.

Day 18: 4/9/25

Worked on distance control through 50 mm gates.

Day 7 (9 Apr 25) - Vacant lots near the house, a 7i and a couple of golf balls - need I say more, well actually it was a fun time working the shot shape a little.  Wrapped up the day with flighted pitch shots - Sw thru 8i - in the backyard.
