Well, I'm 21, but I used to play in the optimist tournament which is a nationwide tournament and there are 2 qualifying rounds in Ohio, the first is a local then a statewide and if you make it past that you go to Florida for the nationals. I loved it and I got to play the Championship course, but I forget what club it was at in Florida :/.

I have no idea lol, Rory Mcilroy WAS the best junior in the world until he turned pro.

In America do you have 'Junior Order Of Merits' or a series of junior opens that all add up (very much like the ranking system on the European Tour) I love the way our Order of Merit works I came 42 out of 200+ last year majority of whom are under 15 handicaps, its a nice way to track your progress as I improved from 90th in the previous year.

there is a ten year old kid on my tour who broke 70 at a tournament he is a great golfer and he is so rich that every season he flies down to the titeliest factory to get custom fit he has a scotty cameron with his name on it

Many great players do that... Pedro Figueiredo skiped 2 weeks of school just to get freely custom fitted at Ping in England, that was what they have told me.

Good for them, but 10 I think is a bit too early to be starting regular custom fitting trips, what if he gets bored in 5 years and gives it all up??

Do you watch golf on the tv? every European Tour event counts towards the Order of Merit.

Yes I do, but you see, I thought that you were talking about some junior order of merit and not some pro order of merit...

What I meant was - the Junior Order of Merit works in the same way as the European Tour Order of Merit works

Im the best junior in the world. J/k.. Ya i love to golf, do it about 50-60 rounds a year. Im not really that great. Im a very good driver though.
