The shot wouldn't be impossible, but hitting a full swing driver towards a bowling lane can be pretty dangerous. If they had some protection and foam mats around the possible area of impact and some protective gear for the golfer, I'd accept it.

Edit: Well. I'm not sure about the strike. Only hitting the first pin and getting them all is probably difficult?

I am going with fake. Those pins are falling like a real bowling ball has hit them. Plus, and I might be wrong, but the last of the video showing that ball bouncing a round, that ball appears to be a plastic whiffle ball.
