Not so much drills. Mostly, getting the right amount of turn, measured in degrees, of my hips. Trying to keep the right leg more straight in the back swing, And working on a steeper shoulder turn in the back swing, also measured in degrees.

It's not easy for me. When I do manage to pull off these moves, I see immediate good results with ball contact and distance.

We will be working on my early release and casting problem once I get these fundamentals worked out. I imagine there will be some drills involved for this fix.

I'm reminded of the song by Little Feat. "You know you're over the hill, when your mind makes a promise that your body can't fill" 'Old Folks Boogie'.

Again, and not saying this to be patronising, but it's not easy for anyone. The link that @boogielicious shared is great reading - go super-slow, really exaggerate and hit balls at what feels like 20% speed (it'll be closer to 50%) and gradually speed up. You'll get much better, much quicker!

Good luck and do consider posting a swing video or creating a thread to track your progress.

Take it one item at a time. Focus on fixing that one piece. Practice with slower swings. The changes will happen.

Thanks again.
