Well, didn't get out yesterday afternoon. Big thunderboomers overhead. But did get out to play this morning. Played the fairways and greens mantra. Just swing easy and take whatever club I needed to get it on the green. Didn't do real good there, but not a real bad day, Shot an 85. But, 7 of the pars came on one putts. Putting is the only thing saving me right now. Still had a couple of doubles and a triple. That's what kills you.

I had a rough start. Hit a SW to 25 ft at 1 and made par but shitty bogey at 2 which is a par 5. Nearly hit it in 2 and found a way to make a bogey. 3 I bladed one over the green and made bogey. 4 I drove it right into the heavy shit and barely moved my 2nd shot. Hit a GW to 5 ft and saved par from 105 which is a hell of a save. 5 is a short par 4. Risk/reward hole. I went for it. Pin high right in the thick shit tho. Blasted a pitch right through the green and got up and down for par. 6 is a pw par 3.... bladed one over the green and got up and down. Then I settled down and started playing better. Opened the back 10-15 hit every green and 2 putted for par. Had a great look from 7ft at 11 that was in and came out. Only birdie I felt I could have had. 16 I had to get up and down. 17/18 I bogeyed. No matter how well I’m playing I just can’t seem to make par at 17.
