Hi ive trialled most irons of 2018 and narrowed down to mizuno jpx919 or ping i210/500. I found the 500 awesome to be honest but a little hot and not very workable but boy are they straight and easy to launch high (great fun club). The 210 not so long and maybe a little less forgiving but a little more workable. The mizuno felt a little heavy but distance wise very consistent albeit shorter of the 3. I think I’d be able to play all 3 (play off 4) but wondering what other people think. I probably don’t need to work the ball all that often so the i500 may suit me but they just seem a little unpredictable.... but that extra 10 years may be worth it as I get older (44)...what to do? Yes a fitting will help decide but just wondering if anyone has an opinion

I recently went from Ping i200 to i500. I love the i500. Awesome irons. I can work the i500 without any problem. I demo’d the i210 and although they had a ‘softer’ feel I couldn’t pass up the extra distance from the i500’s. I haven’t hit the Mizunos but thought I’d vouche for the i500. All great irons of course.
