Hi, my SS is between 95-105mph, I find it very difficult to control my distance between 190-220, I am good with my driver(250y+) 3W(230y+) and 5W(215y+), At the moment I’m using  5Iron and 4hybrid 22 to fill the gap, but not really consistent with the distance control. Wonder would 7Wood fill the gap?? Anyone having a similar issue please comment, thx!

If you feel you hit woods well, a 7-wood could be a good compromise. Are you "not great" with all long irons? Do you feel you swing your hybrid more like an iron than a fairway wood?

I can hit the hybrid very well with good lie 205y, but often hook and duff in bad lie. And I cannot hit 3&4 iron in good distance and topping my 5 iron sometime. That’s why im thinking to change to wood.
