Out of curiosity, why does it matter where they were built?

I'd assume they were built wherever Maxfli makes the rest of their clubs.

An attitude like that wont get you much help here.

You asked a very specific question, and I was just curious if there was a specific reason why it mattered where they were made.

Typically people ask when a certain club was made, but rarely people ask where a club was made.

I'm probably the most easy going bloke there is , but the way you worded your reply felt like attitude to me , so I answered with an attitude, I'm more than willing to talk decent to anyone .

I've looked online and theres loads of great reviews of the clubs , but nothing has been said where they were made, they seem really well made and a quality product,  and it would of been nice if anyone knew where they were made , all my clubs have always been ping , but I just fell in love with the look and the feel of these clubs when I saw them , just wondered if maxfli was a American company and they were made in America or subbed out to China....

hope that ended our conversation on a clearer note ....

Can't find anything conclusive, but ...

At the time the A10s were being made, wasn't the Maxfli name owned by Dunlop?

And if that's the case, it would strongly suggest Japan unless they were farming out production to some entirely different company.

thank you mcanadiens for your reply , my friend said exactly the same thing about an hour ago , he thought they were made in Japan under dunlop when maxfli made quality equipment and golf balls , I was just curious because the build quality is so good and they got great reviews back in the day , and because they our a combo set which helps my game , thank you so much for replying to the thread .... jules

    • Day 349 - All this focus on pitching, I decided to work more on chipping today. Given the ground conditions, I'll be chipping more than usual.
    • I agree.  I once played an inter club match, before the change,  and one of our opponents used a small flat seashell for a marker.  At some point, my partner picks up that shell, thinking it was just a small piece of debris.  An argument ensued, and to be honest I don't remember the result.  But requiring an artificial marker eliminates that kind of misunderstanding.
    • I think it's just to provide clarity. If you marked your ball with a pebble or a small twig, that's a loose impediment, and someone else could move it. An "obstruction" or a man-made thing, or an artificial thing, isn't a loose impediment.
    • Day 243 (2 Jan 25) - Grandson directed drills today - he wanted to hit easy pitches into the holes of the Martin bird house (had it at ground level) - it is doable but it calls for a perfectly executed shot.  He came close a couple of times.  For me it’s about distance control and such.  Drill two - me hit same foam balls to him while he’s in the swing saucer - into a slight wind…now it’s distance control plus anticipating the wind.  A fun exercise - got really close on a number of shots.  Drill three - take his youth Cobra SW and hit flops into to the foam ball basket while he was holding it. Great eye-hand work for him - wedge control for me.  That little wedge  works well.  By the end my junior coach was done and I was too….
    • Going to give this a try for a while and see if it sticks.  Day 1 Today was some full practice: 30 minutes of range work focused on coordinating weight transfer based on Evolvr feedback 10 minutes putting speed control work 10 minutes chipping practice with random targets 5 minutes bump and run work with 7 iron
